It was only until his death on January 21, 1987, that William actually stopped working for Restaurant Booking. Even in a wheelchair, he commutes to work from the office in Texas almost every day. He keeps an eye on the restaurant near his office, calls the manager to remind people to pick up trash, cleans the area around the restaurant, and turns on the lights when it gets dark.

From passion, efficiency in work, creativity, to the relentless pursuit of quality standards, as well as contributions to charity, what William leaves behind will continue. continues to be an inspiration and an integral part of what Restaurant Booking is today.
